WHAT ARE QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS?

Quarterly Workshops are exciting upskill events where Les Mills Instructors come together to experience and receive the latest education on the new Les Mills Releases. These workshops provide unique opportunities to meet, mingle, and network with like-minded Instructors, catch up on the latest education,

and ask questions of the Les Mills MED Presenter Team.

Part of the Les Mills creed is to stay at the forefront of fitness innovation and help Instructors and clubs achieve greatness. One of the main ways we do this is by releasing new workouts every three months, backed by science and set to the latest music. By attending the Quarterly Workshops, you'll gain an up-close, first-hand understanding of these new workouts as they’re released and build confidence in teaching so you can motivate and inspire your members. Designed to keep your classes safe, effective, and challenging, these new workouts will also engage your members, encouraging them to return and progress on their fitness journey.
